From a home kitchen to her own production business

Dildora Khayitboeva’s passion for cooking began in childhood and eventually led her into entrepreneurship. From a young age, she was fascinated by the kitchen, and over time this interest evolved into her professional career.

Today, Dildora manages a small enterprise in Mangit specializing in the production of bread and bakery products, as well as the processing of dairy products. Her business has grown into a stable local enterprise encompassing several areas of food production.

She began her entrepreneurial journey by baking and selling traditional Khorezm bread. These first steps laid the foundation for her business experience, teaching her how to work with products, communicate with customers, and understand market demand. Over time, what started as a small venture developed into a full-scale production business.
