Inspiring women lead me forward

I always pay attention to the women who inspire me. Their energy, passion for work, and determination not only amaze me but also give me strength to move forward.” — Iroda Rasulova.

Iroda Rasulova, 45, lives in Tashkent. She holds a higher education degree in marketing and management and is a mother of three children. Today, Iroda is developing her own business in the education services sector, creating a comfortable and trustworthy learning environment for children and their families.

Initially, she had doubts about whether she would be able to succeed in this work, but over time confidence prevailed, and she decided to move forward. To work with full responsibility, Iroda spent nine months studying the activities of various educational centers, analyzing their approaches and teaching methods, and gradually shaping her own vision of her business.

Today, her educational center offers school preparation programs for children, as well as speech therapy and special education sessions with a speech therapist-defectologist for children with speech and developmental challenges, along with Russian and English language courses for school students.

The center places special emphasis on an individual approach to each child. Iroda strives not only to create an educational institution but also to build an environment where children feel confident and can unlock their potential. The learning process uses modern tools, including interactive whiteboards.

Iroda joined the WESP program. This program was initiated by HAMROH and implemented in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). She successfully completed the two-month training. The program helped her strengthen key skills such as systematic business development, understanding customer needs, financial planning, and exploring new growth opportunities.

In the coming years, Iroda plans to expand her educational center into a network of branches, open a private kindergarten, and create new job opportunities for women.
